Improper Repair – Pays To Go To A Specialist

The past couple weeks we’ve had a rash of iPads coming in for repair, that have clearly been repaired before. The evidence is clear because of the incredibly unprofessional way the way they were done. We took the video below to highlight some of the issues.

As you can see in the video, if you don’t specialize in things, you can make mistakes. Furthermore, not having the knowledge to use proper tools is inexcusable. Would you accept a garage using a wooden post to replace your tie-rod? At The Stem we have the knowledge to use the proper tools, we know the product well enough to prevent things like chipping the LCD, we know the coatings on the LCD are prone to easy marking and make every effort to keep them as clean as possible.
