People, we need to have a talk. Though I’ve never partook.. I hear shower beers are enjoyable. Now it would seem, shower iphones are all the rage.
The iPhone 7 is waterproof which means that I can now watch Netflix in the shower what a time to be alive

Friend: I’m thinking about getting the IPhone 7 how do you like yours?
Me: I spent $800 to text in the shower.— vinnie ward (@vinnieward) October 6, 2016
Now that the iPhone works in the shower, expect the demise of good ideas.

SHOWER IPHONES CANNOT BE A THING
STOP, NOW.
Yes, the iPhone 7 has been given a IP67 rating… or in layman terms.. it has been tested in a lab, and survived being submerged in 1 metre of water for up to 30 minutes. Please know there is a difference between submerged and in contact with a high pressure jet of water. The lab did not test in salt water or pee & chlorine laced pool water.
Though I’m certain your phone will survive a shower or two, the protection degrades over exposure and will eventually allow the life giving H20 to invade and FYSU badly.
For Emergencies – Not Lifestyle

Though even Apple is touting it as a lifestyle, I’m afraid it’s an overreach.. even the Apple fine print states:
iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP67 under IEC standard 60529. Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
So please, stop showing with your bloody phone already!
That being said… this is impressive…
